Carly Redford is a force to be reckoned with. Driven by a dream and unmatched passion for the music industry, she has garnered accolades from many of the people she has worked with throughout the past 10 years. With notable experience in artist management, merchandise, live entertainment and hospitality, Redford possesses a skill set that is envied by her peers.

Since the completion of the Music Business Management program at Pacific Audio Visual Institute in Vancouver, Canada, Redford has climbed the industry ladder and now finds herself in Nashville, Tennessee gearing up to launch her independent industry services company, Redford Creative.

Before embarking on this entrepreneurial journey she was with Manhead Merchandise for six years and worked her way up in the e-commerce division. Her tact, dedication and unrivaled ability to execute eventually landed her in the Director of
E-commerce role. Before joining Manhead she worked with CID Entertainment on countless shows and festivals while being a personal assistant for a world renowned artist in Las Vegas, NV.

Redford is an outgoing and centric individual who promotes a great attitude and work ethic. She values working with teams and people who want to achieve amazing goals. Any environment that allows for creativity, ideas and excitement is Redford’s natural habitat but don’t be fooled - there are few that can deal with high intensity and stressful situations with the same ease and control.
